Daljeet Sagoo, DOTotal Joint Orthopedic Surgery

I was drawn to the intricate functions of complex systems in the human body in order to help people. I enjoy the basics of orthopedic surgery, which involve engaging with people in order to understand their problem and help them find the best treatment.
I attended medical school at Western University of Health Sciences–College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, and completed my internship and residency at Riverside County Regional Medical Center. I went on to complete a joint replacement fellowship at the San Diego Arthritis Surgery Center, where I trained under world-renowned surgeons. There, I focused on primary and complex revision hip and knee replacements.
I bring to the practice expertise in minimally invasive, muscle-sparing techniques for both knee and hip replacements, including complex revision joint replacements. I also enjoy working with athletes, repairing ACLs, shoulders, and other joints. For more complex cases, I am adept in using computer navigation.
I pride myself on my patient-oriented approach, believing that communication and respect are critical to successful treatment. I specialize in both operative and non-operative treatments, as well as minimally invasive hip and knee surgery, which speeds up recovery and gets patients home sooner. Most importantly, I believe in taking my time with each patient. I answer questions and listen closely and carefully, believing that patients and doctors have to work together to fully understand the problem and find the best solution.
