Ashley Sauter, MPAS PA-CPhysician Assistant

Ashley Sauter

I was born and raised here in the South Bay. I can’t remember a time when I didn’t want to become a healthcare provider. After college and prior to PA school, I had the privilege of working at OrthoNorCal as a clinical assistant and became fascinated by orthopedics, especially spine. The knowledge and skills I gained working at ONC helped me excel in graduate school, and I am thrilled to have returned as a clinician. I primarily work with Dr. Randall Seago both in clinic and in the operating room as a surgical first assist. I very much enjoy working with spine patients, as their problems are often complex and deeply affect their lives. It’s amazing to be able to follow a patient from their first visit, through surgery, and into the postoperative period, when their pain and functional status have most often dramatically improved. My goal is to provide compassionate care and play a supportive role in improving patients’ quality of life.
